Kari Goettsch enjoys spending time in the great outdoors with her husband Curtis and daughters, Natalie and Bristol. Kari was first introduced to hunting by her father Gary Leopold, however she never participated until she met Curtis. In fact, after a long spring season of chasing wild turkeys, she finally killed her first longbeard. Shortly after that successful hunt Curtis asked Kari to be his wife. Kari’s success continued the following fall when she killed her first archery buck, an Iowa giant, eight-point buck that scored 146 3/8 P&Y. When Kari isn’t in the woods with the rest of her family, she runs her own clothing business LuLaRoe with Kari Goettsch.
